Dan Levine, Esq.
Daniel J. Levine serves as an Estate, Financial and Wealth Transfer specialist. Mr. Levine formerly practiced law as an estate attorney. He has worked with wealthy families in an advisory and legal role for the past ten years. He has been credited by numerous families and their professional advisors for his creativity in designing and implementing programs that have saved and made his clients millions of dollars.
Mr. Levine attended the University of Miami where he earned both a Bachelor of Science Degree through the Honor’s Program and a Master’s of Science Degree. While at the University, he was a member of the 1991 National Championship Miami Hurricanes Football Team. He then went on and received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Rutgers Law School in 1997.
While practicing law prior to joining Kaplan, Krauss & Levine, L.L.C, Mr. Levine represented clients in New York, New Jersey and Florida. Mr. Levine previously joined the elite organization, “The Forum 400,” whose members are the top advisors and insurance professionals in the world.
Mr. Levine serves as Chair of the Professional Advisory Committee of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County. He is currently the Federations’ Men’s Chair at Broken Sound Country Club. He was a Board Member of the Federation’s Metro Division, as well as a member of the UJC Young Leadership Cabinet. Mr. Levine is a past Chair of the University of Miami’s Citizen Board and is a founding member of the University’s Professional Advisory Committee for the Estate and Planned Giving department. Previously Mr. Levine served in a leadership role for the University’s “Hurricane Club.” He also serves on the Professional Advisory Committee of the Boca Raton Regional hospital and Anti-Defamation League. He is a member of MENSA, and was a graduation speaker with the D.A.R.E programs, mentored young athletes and assisted in numerous civic and philanthropic endeavors.
Mr. Levine resides in Boca Raton with his wife and their children.
