Sarjul Patel has over a decade of experience in US and UK taxation. He started his career in tax at Frank Hirth Plc, when he joined the Graduate Programme. Sarjul spent nine years at Frank Hirth, progressing to tax manager in the final two years. He has developed a breadth of experience in US tax matters concerning individuals, corporations and trusts.

Sarjul also has extensive experience in the UK taxation of individuals, with a focus on navigating them through what can be a complex tax system. Sarjul’s specialty is in dealing with US and UK taxation of High Net Worth Individuals, particularly those with interests in non-US trust structures.

Sarjul holds a BSc in Economics, is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) and is an Enrolled Agent (EA).

Helena Turner has over 20 years of US expatriate tax experience, with a specific expertise in cross-border taxes with the UK. Prior to joining US Tax & Financial Services, she began her career with the international Big 4 firm of Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).

Helena has since managed global assignment programs and worked with High Net Worth Individuals for Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton. During her more than 10 years with US Tax & Financial services, she has worked in Geneva, Zurich and London.

Helena has extensive knowledge of US and UK and cross-border tax compliance and planning issues, relating to American citizens living abroad and investing in, or moving to, the US. Helena is responsible for business development and consultancy work for individual US tax clients in London.

Frederic Behrens is a Director, Wealth Advisor with Round Table Wealth Management. He is responsible for managing clients and coordinating all aspects of the Investment Management and Financial Advisory services for his relationships. He is experienced in working with high-net-worth individuals and international families.

In particular, Frederic has significant experience working with U.S. citizens living abroad, non-resident aliens, and mixed-nationality families. Well-informed on tax and compliance issues, Frederic authored a widely-cited article on FATCA for the Wisconsin Law Review. He brings significant cross-border tax and international estate planning expertise to his client relationships.

Frederic is a graduate of the University of Georgia (B.B.A., International Business) and the University of Wisconsin (J.D.). He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. Frederic enjoys cross-country skiing and exploring New York City with his rescue dog.
